Terms of Service

Effective November 1, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nalya LLC, which runs concivo ("we", "us"), and cover your use of concivo.io, its MCP server, its API and the GitHub sync it sets up (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. Who can use concivo

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. If you use concivo for an organization, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to.

2. Your account

You need an account to post, evolve or star prompts. Keep your sign-in details and API tokens private: you're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an AI agent does with a token you gave it. Pick a handle that doesn't impersonate anyone or infringe a trademark; we may reclaim handles that do.

3. Your content

You own what you post: prompts, traits, descriptions, screenshots, assets, build notes and your profile ("your content"). You confirm you have the rights to post it, and that it doesn't include anyone else's secrets, credentials or personal data without permission.

You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resizing screenshots) and distribute your content as needed to run, improve and promote the service. This includes showing your published prompts in feeds and search, and handing their text to the AI agents of people who evolve or build them.

Evolving. When you publish a prompt or trait, you also let every concivo user evolve it: copy it into their profile as a new generation, change it, combine it with traits, build and run what it describes, and publish their version on concivo, linked back to yours. This permission applies whatever license you pick. The license you pick (shown on the prompt) governs any other use, including use outside concivo.

You can edit, unpublish or delete your content. You can't unpublish a prompt once someone has built on it, and evolutions other people made before you deleted yours stay theirs: deleting yours doesn't delete them. Drafts are private to you.

4. Other people's content

Prompts belong to their authors and come under the license each author picks. We don't review prompts before they're published and don't promise that any prompt is accurate, safe, original or fit for a purpose.

5. Running prompts with AI agents

A prompt is a set of instructions for an AI agent, which may install software, run commands, change files or use paid services on your machine or accounts. Read a prompt before you hand it to an agent, and supervise what the agent does. You run prompts at your own risk. Your agent and its provider are third parties with their own terms; we're not responsible for what they do.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use concivo to:

We may remove content or limit accounts that break these rules.

7. API, MCP and GitHub sync

API tokens are for your own use and your own agents. The GitHub sync adds files and a GitHub Action to a repository you choose; you're responsible for that repository and for keeping its secrets safe. We may change or rate-limit the API and MCP tools at any time.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on concivo infringes your copyright, email legal@concivo.io with: the content's URL, the work you think it infringes, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you're the owner or authorized to act for them. We'll remove infringing content and may close the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you think it was a mistake, you can send us a counter-notice at the same address.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using concivo at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or its users at risk. Sections 3 (the licenses for content already evolved), 4, 5 and 10–15 survive the end of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our officers, employees and partners won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the service, from content on it, or from running prompts. Our total liability for all claims about the service or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$100. These limits apply to any theory of liability but don't exclude liability the law doesn't let us exclude, such as for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights consumers have where you live.

12. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes that can't be resolved informally. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep any protections and venue rights the mandatory laws of your country give you. Before filing any claim, you agree to email us at legal@concivo.io and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. Nothing here stops either side from seeking an injunction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll give notice on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

15. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be changed only as much as needed and the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a provision isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and will tell you if we do. Neither side is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control. You're responsible for following any export-control and sanctions laws that apply to you.

16. Contact

These terms are entered into with Nalya LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Questions about them? Email legal@concivo.io, or write to Nalya LLC · 611 South DuPont Highway, Suite 102, Dover, DE 19901, USA.
